OPEN TO JUNIOR AND SENIOR FEMALES
This course will present junior and senior female students with a wide range of fitness activities, such as kickboxing, step aerobics, weight lifting, and cardiovascular routines. Additionally, there are classroom discussions on women's health issues, such as heart disease, breast cancer, nutrition, and self-worth. The overall focus of the course is on incorporating all areas of wellness in order to develop a healthy lifestyle. Students enrolled in this course may not be released for seasonal participation on a New Trier athletic team.
