Athletic Registration

All necessary registration forms must be completed and submitted to the athletic office one week prior to participation on an athletic team ( see dates below ).

Additionally, the Illinois High School Association requires a valid physical, or proof of a physical, to be on file with the Athletic Department. Physicals are valid for 395 days . If your physical expires during a season, you will be required to obtain and a valid physical, or proof of physical, prior to returning to practice and/or competition. Freshmen students who have submitted valid physicals to Health Services need only to sign the parent/guardian portion of the Athletic Physical and Parent Consent Form. Physical information can be found on the Parent/Athlete Consent form .

Extracurricular Code of Conduct

New Trier Athletes are required to adhere to the New Trier Extracurricular Code of Conduct 365 days a year. Athletes and their parents/guardians must read the Extracurricular Code of Conduct prior to participation in athletics.

Football Waiver - All students registering for football must read and complete the waiver prior to participation.
