Guidelines for Public Comment: You may attend in-person to share your comments, but please note that space is limited.
To submit a public comment electronically, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 3:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, August 12th. When submitting comments via email, please clearly indicate that comments are to be read at the Board Meeting. Please write your comments in accordance with Board Policy 2-230 Public Participation at Board Meetings found here, including ensuring a 3-minute time limit when read.
If you plan to attend the Special Board Meeting in-person,
please note the following:
1. The Call to Order will occur at 5:00 p.m., then the
Board will then move into Closed Session. Open Session begins at 6:00 p.m.
2. Space will be limited to maintain social distance.
There will be limited seating in C234 as well as in overflow classrooms around
the Board Room that will show a livestream of the meeting. There will be
staff to direct you.
3. You may enter campus at either the B or D gates of the

building. This will include a health form along with a wrist temperature
check. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available. This check-in will be
located outside, on the 2nd floor of the campus, at door C7
(the door in front of C234). There will be staff to direct you and
complete the check-in process.
5. Check-in will begin at 4:00 p.m.
6. Please do not arrive
before this time. You will be allowed into the building at 4:45 p.m. There
will be six foot spacers outside so that you can appropriately social
distance as you wait to check-in and wait for entry into the building.
7. Please remember to social distance while in the
building as well.
Please make sure to wear a mask. Anyone without a mask
will not be allowed in the building.
